After we confirm receipt of your return request/exchange request, we will provide you with return address information.
Please include order number, name, and reason for return in the return package.
When we receive your exchanged item and check that it is OK, we will process the exchange within 1-5 business days and contact you by email!
Please note thatIf the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
For non-quality related warranty claims, Moshe refunds the cost of the product itself.
For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with suitable replacement parts or a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent.
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time frame of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
